Handheld Devices

Handheld Devices are a significant part of not only the general population but also a driver's experience, especially for those who rely on them for GPS and delivery services. How you hold and interact with your device is slowly shaping your body! Many of us are experiencing a collapse of the upper spine with the head and neck falling forward in front of our torso because we are spending too much time looking down at our devices.

Two strategies for offsetting that habit are:

1. Try looking down with only your eyes but keep your head and spine upright.

2. Use your arms more by lifting the device closer to eye level.
