However, the modern lifestyle and culture have reduced our neuromuscular patterns to a fraction of what they should be and as a result we experience a decrease of the natural, reflex-driven processes that regenerate our bodies and maintain our health. Many common and painful ailments are a result of poor motor skills and can be corrected by practice of simple movements and body re-education.

 
 

Restorative Exercise is a whole body movement education to restore the body’s optimal alignment so as to regain the freedom of natural movement.
