  • practice corrective exercises to restore your body's alignment leading to better functional movement

  • discover what parts of you are being underused and overused and how to bring about better balance for freer movement and less pain

  • explore natural human movement skills to expand your physical capabilities

  • and integrate more movement possibilities into your daily life
