Center Your Ribs

How you relax into your carseat may be sliding your ribcage off center. This sideways shift is something we want access to for general mobility, but like any position, if we habitually go to this same position for long periods of time, you may end up adapting your back to be tighter/shorter on one side and more stretched out on the other. Thus, you could find yourself unable to stand up straight without discomfort. So, practice centering your ribcage so that it is centered over the pelvis.
