Free Your Squat! (Online)

Squatting is a major category of movement for human beings. And yet our modern life has mostly eliminated the need for squatting. As a consequence, many of us have begun to lose the ranges of motion and strength necessary to use this movement in our life and this comes with a cost to our ankles, hip, knee, pelvic floor, and spinal health. In this workshop we'll break down the components of squatting and experience movements and exercises that help restore our ranges of motion to make squatting an easier and more accessible part of our lives.

This event will now be held completely online! Part one is available now for free!

Access Part One of Free Your Squat below:

Part one, Sunday March 15th: we’ll break down the parts involved with a "squatting without squatting class”

In Part two, Sunday March 22nd @ 2:30pm: we’ll continue to look at ways to increase strength and range of motion

Then in Part three, Sunday, March 29th @ 2:30pm: we’ll explore the squat as a category of movement with all its contexts and variations.

This workshop is good for those who want to use squatting as part of their physical training, as well as for those with limited ranges of motion wanting to regain this ability.

Since we’re not meeting in person:

Register and watch the event from home or anywhere in the world on Zoom!

You’ll also receive a link to watch the recording of the event up to a week afterwards.
