Walking is one of the primary activities that defines our species and it’s one of the best things we can do for our bodies!
However, our modern lifestyle has caused us to move less and less, and as a consequence, many parts of our bodies and ways of moving that we take for granted start to become stiff and underused.
Walking then, becomes less confident as we struggle with balance, coordination, endurance, and even pain.
In this workshop, we’ll address some of the commonly stiff and troubled areas of our bodies in regards to walking well.
We’ll also explore simple adjustments to our alignment and lifestyle habits that can keep us moving and walking with more ease for life.
