After the Simple Steps to Foot Health workshop at Uptown Movement, we’ll put our foots skills to work on a walk! (Participation in the workshop not required. Join us if you’re available!)
Why are we walking?
To celebrate the Springtime, let’s gather our community together in nature and take a walk!
Walking is not only one of the best things we can do for our bodies, but is also a great way to get together with friends, re-inspire our life’s purpose, and find belonging with both ourselves and nature.

While You Walk!
Creating this course has been a labor of love over the last couple years inspired by a desire to help people realize the potential that walking has for our overall health and wellbeing.
Throughout the spring, I’ll be hosting walking parties where we can come together, enjoy nature, and explore some of the games and techniques offered in the course aimed at developing our “posterior driven gait”.
