Aside from scheduling more time for exercise, how do we actually get to moving more?

Is exercise a box to check off on your to-do list?
The coolest potential with exercise, I think, is if we use it to become aware of how to move more of our bodies all of the time. What would it look like if we took what we learn on the mat and carried it with us into our lives?
What do we value? Struggle and Pain or Ease and Joy
Do we pay more attention to images of struggle and pain than of ease and enjoyment?
Are struggle and pain actually more valuable than playfulness and joy?
I propose we acknowledge another way….
